U.S. Civil Peace Flag Mission Statement
The Admiralty is the enemy of Humanity. It is a system of policy in place of law that is designed to complete the conquest of Sovereign Nations through Military Rule by turning the Free Inhabitants against each other while plundering everyone economically.
How the Admiralty operates is by capturing a government through Treaty, or by using Attorneys to change the laws to facilitate wealth transfer. Under Military Rule the Constitution has been suspended and reversed and you are a civilly dead entity in contract without Standing to file a compensable claim in a court of record.
But here we have a conundrum because the Utah Supreme Court rejected has the 14th Amendment as Unconstitutional and therefore void per the following case.

The Federal and State Governments continue to move forward as though the 14th Amendment were lawfully in force with the reason being that when Executive Order 100 implemented the Lieber Code, it placed the Nation under Martial Law.
